Had an issue with one of my carts made a called they got me over to Mike the manager next day I got a new replacement no issues I love it in and out and gave me options of other flavors that’s customer service love it Mike don’t change!!!!

I’m seeing some dishonest reviews recently, especially from the Mario/ Rio Robles account. I can assure you the young woman at the receptionist desk was nothing but polite and an absolute gem. This store is run on great customer service and in my 1 1/2 years of being a customer here I have never had a problem and have only been greeted with the brightest smiles and utmost respect. If you want the best dispensary experience in Illinois, check out Starbuds 🙌🏾
